Addressing the Issues.png

Our THREE-Step Process to Business Success

Step 1:  Diagnose the BiZ

Focused mainly on established businesses (small to midsize), we discover where the "Bones are Buried" — defining Issues, exposing Challenges and getting a Fix on Available Opportunities.

Flexible solutions, as needed, that pinpoint and correct inefficiencies in operations, strategy, culture, marketing, and finance.

Step 2:  Fix the BiZ

Step 3:  Grow the BiZ

Co-development and strategic guidance to transform fixed or growth-challenged businesses into agile, opportunity-driven enterprises.

As a metaphor for what is required, the humble Strawberry represents the comprehensive supply chain and 'bring-it-to-market' network needed to deliver the desired, valued result!

Think About This...

  • The global food industry is worth $10 trillion, with the U.S. accounting for $1.8 trillion in annual revenue, supported by 1.89 million farms.

  • Canada’s slice of that pie is 1.2%, or roughly $120 billion, with 189,874 Farms.

If even 5% of the world’s food market shifted from industrial-scale commodity production to independent, value-added
Small Ag enterprises, it would redirect over $500 billion globally—including $90 billion in the U.S. and $6 billion in Canada—directly into the hands of independent and family-owned farming operations.

This Means...
     - US Calculation

  • $60B ÷ 1.89M Farms = Increase of $47,619 per farm annually.

   -  Canadian Calculation

  • $2.4B ÷ ~189,874 Farms = Increase of $31,600 per farm annually.

But it’s not just about revenue—it’s about profit.

  • In commodity agriculture, margins are often as low as 10%-15%, while value-added agriculture can bring 30%-60% margins through direct sales, specialty branding, and local processing.

  • That means a farm could not only earn more but keep more.

Where We Deliver Opportunities that Transform...  Businesses and Lives!

At EOC, Small agriculture is more than a concept—it is a movement.  It is also our interpretive framework for the future of independent and family farming.  From this perspective, SmallAg.com (see Page) serves as the catalyst to connect and inspire an initiative that drives meaningful transformation within the sector, fostering collaboration
and unlocking opportunities to sustain farm communities and supply chains alike.

Entrepreneurialize Opportunity Corp. (EOC) is founded on the opportunity principle. We engineer progress.  By identifying, structuring, and enhancing untapped potential, we pursue inherent viability. Our approach focuses on building robust partnerships and collaborating with businesses and industry stakeholders—including suppliers, landowners, and investors—fostering mutual prosperity.

While strategy and guidance play a role, our focus is not on conventional consulting but on actively creating, aligning, and structuring possibilities.  These lead to investable outcomes.

Our FixtheBiZ and Entrepreneurialize phases provide a structured pathway from stabilization and problem-solving to strategic expansion and capital readiness. With a hands-on, opportunity-driven approach, we advance opportunities that strengthen the industries that, in turn, sustain Small Ag.
We unlock potential, break through barriers, and attract investment, driving tangible, market-driven results.  If the vision once hoped for is still unfolding, we're here to propel it to success!

Our Mission

"Expose, Create or Enhance Opportunities inspired by the
Independent and Family Farm Communities—and the
Supply Chain Sectors that Sustain Them!"

Once a symbol of sweetness, vitality, and nature's perfection, the humble strawberry now serves as a bittersweet metaphor for the deepening hardships facing the Independent and Family Farm Communities.  Its fading flavour is not just a sign of change in the fruit itself but a reflection of broader systemic issues eroding the quality of the many crops farmers work tirelessly to cultivate.  What was once a thriving, flavourful strawberry now tells the story of declining soil health, rising operational costs, and increasingly fragile supply chains on which small to midscale farming operations depend.

However, the strawberry is not just a symbol of decline; it also represents a powerful opportunity for revitalization, enhancing the independent farm and the industries that support it.  In this manner, it signifies a pathway to reverse these trends.

By addressing supply chain inefficiencies, advocating for policies that level the playing field, and fostering a return to regenerative agricultural practices, we can take steps to ensure that independent farms survive and thrive.  As we bolster the industries that provide the raw mineral resources, organic materials, technologies, equipment, growing and harvest methods, and refine the distribution and marketing to and from these farms, we unlock the potential for a healthier, more sustainable agricultural future—where the strawberry once again bursts with flavour, vitality, and abundance, reflecting the renewed strength of the farms that grow it.
